Here are a few reasons that make Hunter Chalets stand out for corporate ski holidays:
Our collection of chalets, and the Hunter Chalets team, have picked up these awards
We have curated a luxury portfolio of chalets and apartments in Morzine. These vary from a cosy three-bedroom apartment to a seven-bedroom chalet with its own indoor pool and spa. All are the finest properties found in Morzine within that price range.
The Hunter Chalets team lives in Morzine year-round, so if there are any issues or you need some recommendations, we can pop in for a chat.
Catered, hosted, self-catered chalets, apartments, penthouses. Big chalets for large groups; more intimate ones for smaller groups. We provide flexibility. Many of the properties are close to each other and can be combined, so ask for our recommendations.
Our concierge team can handle all the details, from lift passes and ski equipment to in-chalet spa treatments and bakery deliveries for breakfast. We have properties with pool tables, hot tubs, swimming pools, spa treatment rooms and saunas. It’s a great way for the team to bond in a relaxed environment.
Geneva Airport is around an hour and 15 minutes from Morzine, and our concierge team can arrange a private minibus.
Some can relax in the chalet and use the facilities, some can go out on the slopes, and others can try one of the many non-skiing activities in the Morzine area. Then you can all come together in the evening for fun and sociable nights in one of the local bars or in the chalet. A corporate ski trip is the best way to bond, reward and network.
Because our team handles many of the arrangements on your behalf – from transfers and drivers to lift passes and ski equipment – the group organiser can concentrate on the corporate objectives rather than logistics. Our concierge service is complimentary when you book with Hunter Chalets.
Book one of our Morzine chalets with Hunter Chalets and you’ll have access to our dedicated concierge team. They live in resort and can help you arrange ski lessons, airport transfers, ski equipment hire to be delivered to your chalet, spa treatments, and restaurant reservations.
Whether you choose to book for winter or summer, you’ll get to discover the beauty of the French Alps in one of our Morzine chalets. Morzine’s lift network is linked to Les Gets and Avoriaz, and is part of the wider Portes du Soleil region. Morzine has a wide choice of bars and restaurants, with a down-to-earth vibe that suits families and multi-generational groups.
Are you aiming for team building? Rewarding staff? Client entertainment? Decide how much you want to spend per person, what sort of comfort level is required, and what the budget is.
Christmas week, New Year and February half-term have higher prices and pistes are busy with families, so it might be wise to avoid these weeks. January, after the schools go back, is a good time to plan a corporate stay, or March is also a popular time for corporate trips. February is possible, but we’d recommend avoiding English and French school holidays if you are planning a corporate trip.
Some in your group might be novices; others expert skiers. Morzine offers beginner-friendly slopes, varied terrain, an excellent lift network, and a range of non-skiing or après-ski options for those less inclined to get on skis or a board. You also have the benefit of easily skiing three resorts in one holiday: Morzine, Les Gets and Avoriaz. Morzine has traditional village charm and, if the snow is lacking, you can easily head up to Avoriaz.
Look for large chalets or apartments with en suite bathrooms, and check if double beds can split to twins if you need some members of your group to share a room. A big lounge and dining table are essential for sociable evenings or work meetings (if needed). All of our chalets and apartments are exclusive use only, and we also have chalets and apartments close to each other so you can combine them to suit large groups.
Our catered chalets in Morzine feature a private chef and a team of hosts to serve meals, drinks, and take care of housekeeping. You’ll also have our on-call 24-hour driver service to take the group anywhere in Morzine and Les Gets, as well as the Prodains and Ardent lifts, which give you access to Avoriaz. Hosted chalets have a similar set-up, minus the private chef; and self-catered chalets don’t have any staff. Click on the links to see the complete list of inclusions with each type of chalet:

Consider travel time to the resort (flight + drive). Morzine in France is around 1 hour 15 minutes from Geneva Airport in Switzerland, so it is one of the quickest airport transfers compared to other ski resorts in the Alps. Our concierge team can arrange for a private minibus to pick you up from the airport and transport you to the chalet, making airport transfers easy. We also have an on-call 24-hour resort driver service, which is included with our catered and hosted chalets. For self-catered stays, you can add our driver service at extra cost. We are one of few companies that offer the service 24 hours a day, meaning a driver is a call or WhatsApp away if you want a lift home from a bar, restaurant, or the ski lifts on the outskirts of town. The free buses can get very busy at the end of the day, so our 24-hour resort driver service can be a real perk of your trip.
Hire or bring skis? Are there facilities for warming boots and enough storage? Ensuring minimal friction here improves the experience. Our concierge team can arrange hire for you, and the ski equipment team can come to your chalet to fit everyone’s boots – meaning no queues at hire shops in town! If any of your group would like to bring their own equipment, just let us know when booking your airport transfer with our concierge team. Most of our chalets have heated boot warmers, and all have storage for ski equipment.
Make sure there’s something for non-skiers (spa, shopping, snowshoeing, husky rides), plus downtime, so people aren’t exhausted. We can arrange for a spa therapist to visit your chalet. There is a selection of great souvenir shops in town and a great little chocolate shop called La Bonbonnière. There is also an indoor public pool, an indoor ice-skating rink, lots of bars with live music, a great choice of restaurants and the option to head to Les Gets and enjoy the day spa there. Check out our guide to Things to do in Morzine during winter.
Ensure you gather info on whether your group has any allergies or special dietary requirements. If you choose one of our catered chalets, you can have a call with our chef before you arrive to discuss your group’s needs. All drinks, including fine wines and Champagne, are included in a catered chalet stay, as are soft drinks, teas and coffees.
Take our travel insurance that covers winter sports and emergency recovery from the mountain.
