When will my chalet be ready for arrival?
Your chalet will be ready at 4pm on the day of your arrival. We will contact you before you arrive and arrange to meet you at your chosen chalet or apartment.
What time do I need to check out?
You need to check-out of the chalet at 10am.
What is the Concierge service?
Our concierge service is a free service for our customers before and during your holiday. Our concierge team live in resort and can help you arrange ski lessons and equipment hire, spa treatments, restaurant reservations, grocery delivery, birthday cakes, lift passes, tickets to Alta Lumina and many more things to help make your holiday special. How do I book a driver?
Our 24-hour driver service runs during the winter season. We have nine Hunter Chalets minibuses and you can contact the drivers at any time, day or night, to take you to the ski lifts or pick you up from restaurants or bars. Our driver service can take you anywhere in the Morzine and Les Gets area, including Lac Montriond and lifts such as Prodains, so you can reach the resort of Avoriaz. If you have included our driver service in your stay, we will provide the contact number of our professional driver service on arrival.
Can I book a chef?
Yes. Our catered chalets have a professional chef included, offering breakfast, afternoon tea, canapes and dinner five nights a week. Our hosting team will arrange a continental breakfast and afternoon tea for the other two days of your stay. If you have booked a self-catered chalet with us, you can add a private chef on at extra cost. This is subject to availability, as our chefs get booked up fast. Do you cater for different dietary requirements?
Yes. Please do tell us if you have any dietary requirements or allergies. We're also happy to hear if you have a favourite meal that you would like us to create.
Can I get wine and Champagne packages in my accommodation?
If you have booked a catered chalet, your holiday includes drinks, including our house Champagne, fine wines and soft drinks. If you are staying in one of our self-catered chalets, ask us about our drinks packages. Our packages give you and your guests a wide choice of drinks throughout your stay and are the perfect option if you are staying in a chalet that has its own bar.
Will my accommodation have a bar service?
If you are staying in one of our catered chalets, our hosts will serve you drinks throughout your stay. Hosts/bar service is not provided in our self-catered chalets.

Are flights included in the price of my break?
Flights are not included in our prices. Our customers often fly, drive or arrive by private jet, so our prices are for the chalet. If you are flying into Geneva Airport, which is around 1 hour 10 minutes from Les Gets and Morzine, we can organise either shared or private airport transfers for you at extra cost.
