2 Is it a world-class catered chalet?

If you are looking for the very best luxury ski holiday, we’d highly recommend opting for one of our catered ski chalets. Each of our catered chalets offers a private fine dining chef, a friendly team of hosts and our 24-hour resort driver service. 3 Is there a concierge service?

We offer a complimentary concierge service before and during your holiday, so just let us know what you need and we’ll arrange it for you. We don’t offer flights, but we can arrange airport transfers between Geneva Airport and the resorts, as well as have lift passes waiting for you in your chalet. We can also arrange for ski equipment to be fitted in your chalet, so you don’t need to spend time waiting around in a ski hire shop. They will come to you! Our concierge team live in resort year-round, so feel free to give them a call for recommendations.

4 Are private or helicopter transfers available?

We can arrange private minibus transfers from Geneva Airport to Morzine and Les Gets. The transfers by road take around 1 hour 10 minutes. Helicopter transfers are also available and can be booked through our concierge team.

5 Will I get the VIP treatment?

If you are staying in one of our self-catered ski chalets, the Hunter Chalets team will leave a welcome hamper for you in your chalet – and we’ll include a bottle of Champagne to toast your arrival!

If you are staying in one of our hosted or catered ski chalets, you’ll be welcomed by your dedicated chalet hosts, who will make sure you have everything you need during your stay. They will be happy to serve you drinks, serve dinner, take care of housekeeping and arrange any lifts you would like from our 24-hour driver service.

5 Is there a 24-hour resort driver service?

If you’ve booked one of our catered chalets or hosted chalets for your luxury ski holiday, you’ll enjoy our on-call 24-hour resort driver service included in your stay. That means we can pick you and your ski gear up and transport you to the ski lifts, take you to attractions in Morzine and Les Gets, and pick you up after a night in one of the local bars or clubs. It gives you the freedom to enjoy your stay to the full and not worry about driving.

If you’re staying in one of our self-catered chalets, you can add our 24-hour resort driver service at extra cost. 

6 Is the food fine dining standards?

Our catered chalets have a fine dining personal chef five days a week. Our chefs have worked in some of the world’s best restaurants and can tailor their menu for any dietary requirements or children in your group. Our chefs have the creative freedom to plan beautiful dishes from fresh and local produce, all beautifully presented. You’ll be prepared breakfast, afternoon tea if you would like it, pre-dinner canapes and delicious five-course meals five days a week.

7 Ask if Champagne is included

Our catered chalets offer complimentary hand-picked wines, Champagne and Italian prosecco throughout your stay, as well as spirits and soft drinks. We also have an extensive list of fine wines and Champagnes to pre-order, so ask us for details.

8 Consider memorable experiences off the slopes

We want to make your luxury ski holiday special, so we’ll go above and beyond to create special moments. It could be a family movie night in the cinema at The Old Macaroni or Mont Des Anges complete with popcorn; or making the most of your chalet’s spa treatment room by booking indulgent massages and beauty treatments.
