Chalet 46˚ has been meticulously converted from a traditional French farmhouse into a stunning luxury chalet. Inside, you’ll find a spa treatment room, sunken bath and cinema room; and outside is perfect for entertaining, with a hot tub, pizza oven, fire pit and bar. You can twin with Apartment 6˚ to cater for a group of 20 guests.

Chalet 46˚ in Morzine is a beautifully renovated farmhouse. The chalet is set over three levels, with the top floor offering a large open-plan lounge with a dining area and kitchen. From the cosy seating area with a wood-burning stove, you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the Pointe de Nyon and the Pleney slopes. This floor provides an impressive entertaining and dining area where you will be looked after by your chalet hosts and private chef if you book a catered stay during winter. This level feels really homely and we love the beer pump on the kitchen island, so feel free to pull yourself a pint!

The middle level offers five spacious en-suite bedrooms with luxurious mattresses and luxury bed linen. In each bathroom, you will find The White Company© luxury toiletries and we’ll provide soft robes, slippers and fluffy towels. Our occupancy is based on 10 people, but there is also the option to accommodate four more guests. Bedroom 5 has two full-sized bunk beds in the room; and bedroom 2 has two built-in cabin beds in the eaves.

This level has a sunny snug area with direct access to the south-facing garden and large decking area. The deck has been designed with the ultimate entertaining experience in mind and is a truly unique feature in Morzine. The garden catches the sunlight throughout the day, best experienced while soaking in the large hot tub with a cold drink from the outdoor bar. The bespoke firepit and surrounding sofas can be enjoyed year-round, so ask our chef to rustle up some pizzas in the pizza oven during winter or relax on the sofas and sunloungers on long summer evenings. Dining under the stars is always special, so there’s a great barbecue area, too.

 

 

The ground floor allows guests the opportunity to truly relax in style. The spa treatment room, cinema room and sauna are a great way to unwind after a day on the slopes or summer hiking session through the mountains. Our concierge service can arrange a spa therapist to come to your chalet if you would like to book a massage, manicure, pedicure or hair and beauty treatment. On the entrance level, your ski and snowboard equipment will be safely stored in the boot room and kept warm and dry for the next day by the heated boot and glove racks.

Chalet 46˚ can easily be twinned with Apartment 6˚, a separate annexe below the chalet. Apartment 6˚ can be hired as a stand-alone property on a self-catered basis or added to Chalet 46˚ during winter as a catered holiday, taking your total number of guests up to 20 people.

Bedrooms

The chalet sleeps up to 14 in five en-suite bedrooms. All double beds can be configured as doubles or twin beds.

  • Bedroom 1: Double room with a bath in the bedroom and an en-suite shower room
  • Bedroom 2: A family room that sleeps up to 4. The room is open plan with a double bed, two single beds built into the alcoves, a walk in shower and a bath. The WC is separate. The cabin beds in the eaves have limited head height and form part of the main bedroom and shower room.
  • Bedroom 3: Double room with en-suite shower room
  • Bedroom 4: Double room with en-suite shower room
  • Bedroom 5: Family room with double bed, bunk-bed and en-suite shower room (sleeps 4)

Our catered chalet prices in winter are based on 10 people sleeping in five bedrooms. If you would like to add guests at extra cost, please let us know.
